Verification pending seems to be taking too long and I need to confirm the booking

The guest needed to upload the passport and apparently has 24 hours to do this however two days have passed and its still pending. I have received another request from another guest which is better for me and for the same period however the dates are showing as not possible. I tried declining the original one but its still pending.Is this is a bug?

This looks like a bug unless airbnb has changed policies regarding the verification process.  I think you would need to contact airbnb with the issue as fellow hosts on the forum are unable to access your account and sort out technical issues.

It's been over 24 hours for me, after being denied the first time!?  I have used this before and had no problems.  I won't use it again, if I don't get a confirmation soon. Homeaway and VRBO have never given me issues like this.😕 security is one thing, but people want to reserve and move on.
