Video Verification and contacting airbnb

hi.

since i need to travel in the near future and need to have a place to stay, i decided to give airbnb a try.

everything went well, except the videoverification (i have no vacebook/linkedin/etc).

i uploaded a video a coupple hours ago, but the page still tells me i need verification.

currently i only have 2 hours left for verification. (i was not able to do videoverification for some time, since there is no option to upload a video and the page uses flash for taking a video (and flash is dying out))

after looking at past messages, it seems this is a common problem.

i used option 1, the contact form, to describe my problem.

since this is a problem which can't be solved without account information, i guess the request was routed to airbnb.

how long (do you guess) this problem will take to solve?

or would you recommend me to call airbnb's customer experience line?

i am verified now.

here what i did (it maybe will help someone in the future):

as suggested by the community experts i created a gmail account and used it to verify.

that worked instantly.

Am also not having any online profile such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn.

In an help message from May I was suggested to go to:

edit profile

fotos

Symbols and videos

Clicking on foto there is only the possibility to upload a foto.

No symbols, no video.

How do I upload a video?

Or how do I provide verification without having an online profile?
