Violated house rules

The current guest (2 nights booking) has violated house rules:

1. UNPAID AND UNBOOKED EXTRA GUEST
2. PARTY
3. QUIET HOURS 

The complaint came from another long-term guest who had booked a room in the same apartment.

What would be the smart thing to do in this situation?

@Tatjana6  For the safety and well being of your other guests, you should remove the unruly ones from the home. It's the host's responsibility to keep the household under control.
