A while back, I used a coupon for a trip. That trip got cancelled. I managed to get hold of airbnb via live chat, and got told that the coupon would be added to next booking I made. It did not. I have saved the transcript from the live chat, but I can't find the link again to start up chat, so I can't airbnb to respond. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that your voucher hasn't been applied to your account as expected. The support team should be able to sort this out for you if you contact them. This Community Help Guide explains the best ways of contacting Airbnb support (many find Twitter and Facebook to be good methods).
