WE CAN'T GET THE CALENDAR TO REOPEN AFTER OUR GUEST DEPARTED EARLY

Has anyone had this problem lately?  Where you CAN'T GET THE CALENDAR TO REOPEN AFTER A CONCELLATION OR STAY TERMINATES EARLY? 

 

We have two Airbnbs and have been doing this for three+ years.  We recently hosted a Camp Fire victim for free from Dec 1 to Feb 1 and had held the space for her until July 1 in case she needed it.  We CAN'T OPEN THE CALENDAR and Airbnb doesn't have a solution.  We've now been vacant for two weeks with a calendar booked through July and can't get help.  We're getting desperate since this is part of our income.  Any soution?  Suggestions?  Help?  Would be apprciated.  I'm going to have to keep escalating until it's fixed.  Thanks!

What error is coming up ? Does the calender has a reservation on it with need to be ended/shortened ?

 

Maybe alternative (?) :

Duplicate the listing via the duplicate option in the multi-listing display.

Then deactivate the old one and start with fresh listing.
