Is it your usual booking practice to check the reviews after a booking and not before accepting the booking? If so, perhaps you could change that process to allow for greater control vetting guests. Also, if you do elect Instant Booking, you can opt to require positive reviews. Best not to count on Air BNB to be "held responsible" as most hosts feel that damage claims do not cover the real costs.
BTW, if you plan to continue posting on this public forum, please consider not using all caps as caps are experienced as shouting and is off-putting to many participants. Good luck with your new Air BNB business!
