Want to confirm if this listing is legit

It will be my first renting from Airbnb. I'm looking a particular listing, which has our family questioning if it's a legit Airbnb listing. How can we know forsure its not a scam listing? It has some pictures that have also been shown on another listing as well. Can you help me verify if this home is indeed legit?

I don’t see any obvious red flags, other than the listing is fairly new and doesn’t have many reviews. That’s probably why it’s so cheap.

It sounds like there is a management company that runs the listing. It also looks like it’s in some kind of gated community. Maybe the management company has other listings in that neighborhood and uses the same pictures of the common amenities, like the tennis courts and such?
