Wanting to cancel a guest without penalty

I have cancelled a booking that came through without my permission, I have discovered from the person booking that the area where you can book had the "booking immediately and accepted" area had been turned on. At no time did I turn it on and in fact did not even know about it I presumed that every guest would have to be checked. I spoke to her on how to navigate that area and she very kindly gave me the information to do so and understood my situation. It has now been turned off. I am having a hip operation so of course I would have to accept or not!!! I have now blocked all dates until July. You site is not user friendly. I am presuming I will not be penalised because of this. Would you please respond AIRBNB to this.

@Lidia81, you do need to contact AirBnB directly about this matter, but this discussion board is not AirBnB.

To contact AirBnB:

Go to your Host Dashboard and choose the "Help" page.
At the bottom of the "Help" page is a "Contact us" button.
Use the "Contact us" button to reach AirBnB directly.

Hi Matthew I appreciate your response, but i seriously cannot work out how to send a message to airbnb, there does not seem to be an area to go to. i must be missing something, can you please help. i am fairly new at this airbnb and i am not impressed. it is not easy.
