We got a lot of red spots in the room

Since we moved in on Oct. 21, 2019, we noticed that there are some bugs bit us and got more and more red spots every day. Today, it is the third night, and in the morning, we found three bugs, two on bed sheets and one in the pillow. We have to complain it since we still have two more nights to stay here according to our plan.

@John4279   You are a very experienced Air BNB guest with 16 reviews, so I would think you know what to do if there are problems with an Air BNB listing.  First you would contact the host using the Air BNB message system or call on the phone number given to you.  If you do not get immediate help in this situation, you would contact Air BNB and request help with relocation.  No one should have to deal with bug bites.

@John4279  You should report and relocate immediately; you;'ll be entitled to a refund of at least the remaining nights of your stay.

But please remember that bed bugs can travel with you to the next place on your clothing and luggage, putting you and your next host or hotel at risk of another infestation. So it's imperative that you immediately separate your clothing out into sealed bags and have them laundered with high heat, and quarantine your luggage, also in sealed bags outside of any room with furniture. By all means, disclose the situation in the booking process so that a host who is unprepared to deal with bedbug protocol has the right of refusal. (Hotels generally know what to do, so better to stick to those for your last 2 days)
