We got other apartment than the one shown in pics

Hey! Me and my fiancée have reserved in April in Barcelona an entire apartment for 7 nights for September. 2 weeks before our travel the host has sent us pictures of how the place has been "renovated". When we arrived we have found that instead of entire apartment, we got a private room in a shared flat, no bath tub, instead just a shower, no kitchen, just a sink and some kitchenware in a common hall. We have not reported it to Airbnb in the first 24 hours, as we were after a long flight and the next day had a tight schedule. Is there any way to get a refund for our loss? We're pretty sure we have paid the price for an apartment and we have photos that prove we did not get what we were promised. If not, is there a way to report the host? Would it make any difference for future other guests? Thanks!

Ring the customer service number on your booking confirmation, airbnb will still help you after 24hrs.

You can flag the listing(below the calender) and on the host account(below the profile photo).
