It's not even close to being as nice in person as the photos lead you to believe.

Yes, take pictures, contact Airbnb ask for full redound and find another listing.
Sounds pretty terrible. As a fellow Host contact them and let them know it's not up to scratch too.... if we all communicated openly we'll all learn a little together.
Airbnb will do their best to help you find another place.

@Blake11 This must be very disappointing, but I agree with Paul. Talk to the hosts first and give them a chance to put things right (if they can). If you still want to leave then you can contact airbnb by the phone number on your reservation , explain the problem and they should re-house you. When leaving your review be factual and note them down on accuracy and cleanliness, explain where you were disappointed and they should be able to improove with your feedback. Also note them correctly if their communication, location and the welcome was good . Just be honest so that we all befit as guests and hosts.
