We have not received our money

Hi,
I need to ask for some advice on what to do and if anybody else have similar experiences.
To make a long story short, one of my guest has paid their rent to me but it has taken a ridiculous long time for my money to arrive to my bank account.
It has been over a month and talking and chatting back and forth with Airbnb Support and I have been told just to wait 7-10 days since they have sent in the matter to their bank partner but it has been more then two weeks now and no news updates.

I have checked in with my bank and they have confirmed that I have not received any money whatsoever on my account.
Airbnb have said that the money has been sent from them in July. 
I don't know what do to and my patience is running very low, any tips on what to do since?

If you are a new host it can be a month before you get paid. @Rachid111 

 

We are a community of hosts and guests so can't help I'm afraid with payment issues related to Airbnb. Perhaps try them on their social media?
