We sold the apartment and the new owner wants to keep it on Airbnb and honour the bookings

Hi everyone,

We sold our apartment and the new owner is going to continue om Airbnb.

How do we transtfer all the bookings to the new owner?

The apartment is staying excatly the same - Furniture the works - nothing changes.

we have many upcoming bookings and i dont want the new owner to lose any of them.

please assist.

The new owner will have to open an airbnb account and make an identical listing to yours, you then contact airbnb and they will move the bookings over IF and only IF your guests agree to the move. All the reviews stay with your profile and are non transferable.

I am doing the same thing. Does anyone know how to contact AIRBNB?  The new owner wants to contine to run this with Airbnb...  how do we transfer over?  i don't want to cancel on all these guests last minute.  That isn't fair to the airbnb community.  Anyone know how to contact AIRBNB? We cant be the first people to do this?  Did you find help in this matter?
