Website and mobile app won’t let me cancel a reservation as a host.

I have to unlist a property for repairs and need to cancel bookings but the website and app both say there is an error and can’t perform the request. People are getting upset at me wanting their money back. Now what?

Write to Airbnb to cancel and at the same time explain that it is because of repairs, @Graham90. You might apply for penalty-free cancellations under the extenuating circumstances rules.
