Hi all! My guests checked out this morning and the two bicycles we lent them during their stay are nowhere to be found... I have written to the guest and had no response but urgently need the bikes for guests checking in later today. I figured I will have to claim for the bikes from the security deposit and rush out to buy new ones. But the "report a problem" button won't work! Yet another problem with the "new and improved" website! And now this is the third attempt at posting this, even!!! Gah! So user-unfriendly and time-consuming! And I can't find a way to contact airnbnb directly. Can anyone help, please? Thank you! 🙂

Hi @Cath2 so sorry to hear about the bikes! Sheesh! Here's how to contact Airbnb. I suggest the twitter option as it gets a faster response.
