I am not a host, only a guest. Starting a week or so ago, I started getting some weird emails from Airbnb in Chinese script. Today I got a message texted to my phone - that went through the Airbnb site - requesting to stay in my home in Austin. I live in New Mexico, and as I said, do not host at all. When I logged in to the website, I got the host's screen for a specific property in Austin and the option to accept or deny the reservation request. I cannot seem to find anywhere on the website a technical support screen or phone number or anything to report the issue. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone having similar issues? Thanks so much!
