What Do Other Hosts Consider "leaving a place clean"??

I switched my hosts and left the review for the first place I stayed in on the second hosts place. How do I fix this now, so the host does not have wrong details and description, which were not meant for him. AirBnB does not offeer any support at all, as if they are not making millions. There is no phone number anywhere, nor an option to send them email, like they had this before. The richer tehy get, the less employees and support they offer. Only option is to resolve between ourselves using only the 5 options the software offers, and that is about it. Ridiculous

Unfortunately they are going the same direction as so many other large companies in the digital 'void'.

Airbnb only deletes reviews with false or defaming information, so they should help you with this.

I find the second best and easiest way to contact Airbnb regarding any issues I may be having is by using Twitter.  Airbnb seems to have dedicated staff who monitor their Twitter feeds and I usually hear back from them within 5-10 minutes of posting my isssue.

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.
