What do I do re. AIRBnB Error in # of enquiries

I have just had my first guest staying who was the first enquiry and booking. However, my response was only at 50% because AirBnB had registered that I had two enquiries, and I had not followed up on one of them. This is totally untrue as I monitor my dashboard several times a day. Can anyone help with advise or how I can contact admin to speak with them?
