What do I do when my air BNB I rented is a mess upon arrival?

We just arrived to our air BNB and the floors are disgusting and it smells really bad throughout the entire place. 

Ex .tea spilled all over kitchen floor, wet and hair all over bathroom floor. General dirt all over carpets .smells like they smoke inside the home and smells really bad .

Note: we have sent pictures and a message to the host and are awaiting a reply. 

What if they don't reply?

Slob hosts will remain slob hosts - call airbnb, document the state of the place with photos (I know it is difficult to take photos of the smell), cancel for a refund and ask airbnb to assist you relocating.
