What do my fellow Airbnb hosts enjoy most about being a host?

I enjoy the people the most. I guess this is really what it is all about! Giving our Airbnb guests 5 star stays. When I first started hosting, I was most concerned about ' perfection' of my rental. This is a good thing but I was not realizing then that deep down I was missing out on meeting my guests and being the real me and getting know them. Now I to my best to meet them at some point during their stay without being instrusive. I am an 'owner-occupied' host so I am on site. I have become good friends with a few of my former guests. One of my former guests has moved to Nashville and now we are best friends!! Thanks, Airbnb!!

It's the same for me: people, people, people!

Remember the great ones, learn from the not so great ones- and treat every guest like it's your first time but with the experience of having hosted hundreds 🙂
