What happens when a guest has changed the reservation twice both within 48hrs of arrival date.

At the same i have refused other enquires for much longer period? This resulting in much loss of revenue and or potential earnings???

A request from a guest to change the reservation has to be confirmed. So it is in your hands to accept or not accept such requests.

@Emiel1 yes, on the first occasion I accepted but now on 2nd request? as I have asked the client to send me flight arrival details the 1st time to which to say they haven't done and now the difference is over $150 USD in an already tight margin market I feel this will not be the the 2nd time. Does airbnb pay out within 24hrs even if the guest doesnt arrive? Does the host get penalised in any way?
