if guests don't reply to my messages asking them to confirm their check in time. I contact Airbnb and ask them to contact the guest @Vanessa867

If they don't come but don't cancel the booking stays open and you get paid. 

But they can still leave a review.

I like to ask Abnb to contact them also, just to cover myself. 

Twice now guests didn't respond to Abnb either and I got paid for no guest. 🙂

Whatever you do, Do Not  cancel them!!
