What insurance companies operating in North Carolina provide homeowners insurance for Airbnb hosts?

You can't expect standard home insurance (domestic) to cover a situation where you are using your place on a commercial basis to generate income from guests. @Corinne40 

You need specialist home insurance for short term rentals to cover the many areas excluded under Airbnb's 'guarantee'.

I found mine by googling 'home insurance for short term lets' you could also ask a local insurance broker to get you some quotes.

with seems like they will be hard to work with......  I need a new 

policy by september 6 and actually started trying to contact

my old company earlier this month but they never got back 

to me and that is because they sold out....  I need help
