@Sunny87 why don't you do a Airbnb search for NY rentals for the time that you're planning to visit and number of guests etc to give you an idea of price ranges and costs? It will vary dramatically depending on the type of property, location and so on.

If you want to know about pricing simply put in the area you want to stay in, what type of property, what time of year, how many people and the prices will come up.

You can't expect people to answer such an open ended question. You need to do your own homework.
