What is the EXACT TIME DEADLINE to leave a review?

A few months ago our friend Ben ( where is he? I haven't seen him for a while) revealed the exact time deadline to leave a review. Does anyone remembers the link to his post?

First I thought it is 14 days until 11 AM ( our check-out time). But it is not.

Then I thought it is 14 days until 3 PM ( our check-in time) . But it is not.

It is somewhere between 3 PM and 11 PM.... but when exactly?

@Branka-and-Silvia0  .. I see the countdown when I go to the specific booking in my calendar, first as days and on the last days as hours.  
(I'm sorry, that I could not remember the daytime .. probably this is also not fix .. as so much stuff in this system)
