Airbnb collects and pays taxes to the State of NC and to the county. Where can I find the specifics in report form?
@Alina-and-Bubba0:
In your admin panel click the tiny profile picture located in the upper right corner then click Transaction History.
From the menu directly under the words "Transaction History in the middle of the page click Gross Earnings.
You can set the dates as desired then click Download CSV to the right just under the dates.
Open the report after it auto downloads to your PC and look at the far right colum for the taxes. Simply add that column for your totals.
So the Occupancy tax isn’t broken down into State and County. My issue is that AirBNB is taking out more than the 11% required. I have gone through all the iterations to verify the tax rate on the Local Laws section, but ‘Add Tax’ never appears.
Were always overpaying taxes to NC.
