What tax is charged on UK Host Service Fees?

HI recently i had my first reservation and I still dodnt have  aclear view on how airbnb charged me!

the host shoud be paying me  80 euros a day x 4 days -20% that gives me 256 euros hoever airbnd will give me 141.00! can someone explain please this is extortion!

Sorry rather confused by your post. Are you the co-host rather than the host? @Maria3421  as you talk about the host paying you?

Airbnb normally charge hosts 3%.

UK Host Service Fee is 3% + 20 VAT. So effectively 3.6%

I've never had a problem receiving the correct sum from Airbnb.

So best I suggest is you phone Customer Service.
