IBAN actually stand for International Banking Account Number (IBAN) when you open any account with any bank and if that account enable to receive remittance or telegraphic transfer or direct bank in to the account called IBAN. That means your account number is IBAN no.
When you want to receive money from Airbnb there are few option you can put you local or international account no, receive money by payoneer mastercard, by Western Union etc.
When you receive telegraphic transfer (TT) that time the sender need the SWIFT code. Every bank having unique SWIFT code example Maybank, Malaysia SWIFT Code is: MBBEMYKL. I think now you understand the total banking process.
