When adding photo for Verified I.D. and time has expired message

Hi all,

I am not sure what to do about this, but I have a guest who is trying to add a photo id to be verified but gets a time has expired message. I dont know exactly the details on this as I am writing this to find out if there is any more information I can give the guest before he is able to book with me.

In my calendar it was stating that the days that he had booked was waiting 12 hours for verifi-ing the id.

Any ideas? comments? that I could give my potential guest.
