When do i get paid. A client stayed with us in January 2019.We were told to wait for 30 days .

Dear Community center,

 

We had a client who stayed with us in January 2019-7th -9th .We have not received the payment yet as we were told to wait for 30 day thats when the payment could be transfred into our account.We submitted the banking details form,up to now we have not received the payments.Kindly assists us with email address or the number we can contact.
