When is my guest full confirmed and booked??

Hi All,

I have two "accepted" bookings for my home when I look at my inbox list of emails.  The status says "accepted".  However, when I go into the correspondence email I had with those particular guests, it reads "Confirmed" and that the guest will be checking in on XXX date.  I just want to make sure that the guests are fully confirmed at this point, but I was confused as to why the status listed in my email list still says "accepted".  The dates they booked are blocked out on my calender.  Would these guests be fully booked?  Thank you.

Hi,

Yes the guest are booked and confirmed to stay with you. When you accept a booking or a guest books instantly, your In box statues always states 'accepted'. Once you open that message it will state confirmed and the date the quest will arrive.

This is exactly correct. When a guest is booked-- and they are only either fully booked, or they are not booked, there's nothing in the middle, when a guest is booked, it's "accepted" and those dates will be blocked out, so that others can not book the same day on that listing.
