Where are my notifications?

Where are my notifications?

Hi Everyone,

 

This is probably a real newbie question, but I guess this is the place to ask it. I keep seeing the following in my menu bar:

 

There are 2 notifications waiting for you in your dashboard.

 

But when I go to my dashboard, I can find no new notifications anywhere. What am I missing? This is frustrating because the red 2 signs stays up in my message icon, and I keep thinking there might be a message from a guest.

It's just their terrible coding. haha

 

I have the same problem - if there's a review/reservation or other notification on your dashboard with an X to the right of it, you can dismiss them that way. If you've already done that, restarting your browser can help, but sometimes the red number with circle around it still hangs out over the "messages" for a couple days.

Thanks, Alison. Good to know. I'm actually having quite a few problem with thier software. One more I guess. At least this one's minor.
