Where is the link to refer a host?

I am referring another host to AirBnB.  Try as I might I can't find the link.  Where is it?

This looks like an invitation for someone to join AirBnB as a member, not as a host.

Previously when I invited a new person to host I got a $100 credit.  I don't see that option.

Maybe it was special promotion ?  I remember such invitations sometimes appeared on my dasboard.
