Who can i contact as the monies for guest accommodation is not in my account

Hello, had guest that stayed from 7/11/16 to 12/11/16 - Airbnb says monies have been paid into my bank account and should be available +- 11/11/16 - today is the 16/11/16 and no monies showing in my bank account.

How do i go about quering this.

If you have received the payout notice from airbnb, the funds should be on their way.  It sometimes takes longer than expected for the funds transfer to arrive in your bank account.  Up to a week I believe.
