Hello there, I had this option every time of the day from the beginning of using Airbnb, suddenly, I had a very important task from Airbnb and now it's removed, and I'm waiting for about 8 hours for my answer. can anybody help me please? could you check if you have this option and it's just me?
The chat still exist, but all the initial answers from them are done by a robot to redirect you to an AirBNB agent and many times, they are not readily available.
1- Click i. The bottom message icon,
2- and then on the top left menu bars (hamburger shape)
And after on the line with the AirBNB logo, probably called AirBNB support. Then the chat with the bot will open.
