It's been 3 weeks since my guest approved and sent money for damaging my home. I have called airbnb over 7 times asking why I have not recieved my payment as the email says it will be in my account in 5-7 business days. Every time I can they tell me my case is sitting in a queue for the admins to pick up but they have no way of contacting that department and can't provide any more of an update. It literally sounds like all I need from airbnb is for an admin to hit approve but the customer experience team has absolutely no way of contacting them or expediting this process even though it is taking 5X as long as it told me. I deperserately need to use the security deposit to repair my home and am extremely frustrated with airbnb's business model as it sounds like the CX team can't help whatsoever. Is anyone able to help me? Is there another number to contact management to get my deposit?
