Why am I SUDDENLY not getting email Airbnb enquiries?
Hello lovely Airbnb Community!
I have always had Airbnb notifications and guest enquiries by email on my laptop. Now suddenly, without altering anything, I ONLY get Airbnb bookings and requests on my mobile phone. This is very inconvenient as my village doesn't have good mobile coverage and I completely rely on doig my Airbnb business from my laptop. Any suggestions or ideas? Thank you!
Hello Abigail, I’m also receiving no messages or notifications as a go host on my phone app but my wife is. All requests for help from Airbnb chat has gone nowhere and now they’re not even responding!
I am having a similar problem. Not getting notifications reliably on my mobile phone when enquiries are made. I see them only when I log into the Air bnb site using my lap top computer.
