Why can't I cancel preapprovals any longer?

I was wondering why the preapproval system has changed and it is not accurate any longer when I asked for help from the Help Center.  Before you could withdraw a preapproval with a "Click" on an icon, but now that option isn't available.  I called Airbnb and they said they were going to forward the issue to Internet technology.

I have this issue also.

The help text says there is a cancel pre-approval key but I can not find one!

Does anyone know how to do this ?
