Why can't I hear messages that come in on my phone from Guests wanting to book, the moon icon is present yet my phone isn't on silent? anyone have any idea's i have asked Telstra they say it's Airbnb, I've asked Airbnb they say it's Telstra ?

It sounds like you have a silent or do not disturb period set. This is nothing to do with AirBnB. If you can’t find out how to change or switch that off search online for the question for your phone model, or go to a local phone store and someone will show you. Good kuck

Hi yes thats correct, i have already spoke to telstra they have told me its an Airbnb issue, with the in coming messages, not with any of my other messages, only Airbnb, and the phone isnt set to silent on any settings for any messages but thanks Joanne
