Why do guests want to be pre approved? Does this bypass the government ID required by instant book?
I get a lot of inquiries that don't pan out after I respond but i get the reminder to either pre approve or decline. Is it okay to ignore this since the guest is free to instant book? Thank you.
They may not meet all your requirements to IB or they just have questions they want answered before actually making a booking (Can I check in early/check out late? Do you mind if I bring my dog? Etc) You’ll want to always Pre-Approve or Decline, as not doing so could against your how responsive you are.
