Why does Airbnb make it so hard to find a phone number to contact someone regarding guest issues?

I had a guest cancel, I select "full refund", now the system says it's charging me $600 for a bill they haven't fully paid?  WTF - And good luck finding a number to contact someone about issues.....

Contact information is in many places, but for some reason it seem elusive to many hosts, even those with a long membership:P  Here is a guide found on this Community Center.  Hope this helps.
