Why doesnt my listing show in search consistently. And when it does price is wrong!

Just listed my place, and it rarely ever shows in the search. I had a friend look and I finally had to send her a link to find it. When she finally found it the pricing was wrong......is this normal? Also I had her favorite my property and my stats show no views no favorites etc. Am I doing something wrong? Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks

I posted my listing 2 days ago. Just seems odd, there are apartments for rent in my building and they show up. Mine does not. Thanks for responding!

Hello @Jesse28 to see the price you need to enter dates, if you don't enter specific dates then you will see the base price.

Your listing needs to be boosted with links from social networks 

You need to ask your friends to add your listing as favorite

@Dave-and-Deb0 I was being serious the "oooooooh" was an ah ha moment. I wasnt being sarcastic I promise, I really hadnt thought of that. I was asking for tips because I didnt know if I had to create a page, or use facebook advertising or what seasoned hosts use. I really am looking for any tips!
