Check your transaction history on your Dashboard to see when your payments are due, if they are overdue contact ABB Customer Services to see if they can help- there details are here in CC if you use related keywords for your local one.
You may also like to check your settings for your bank account in your Dashboard to make sure they are still correct as there have been issues in the UK with scammers and unlawful access of ABB accounts.
