Why has my listing been charged out less than I posted it for?

Hi all,

I'm new to listing on AirBnB and have just received our first booking for 18 nights, which is great! However I have since noticed that AirBnB has charged the guests $208 / night whereas it was listed on the website as $260 / night. The service fee is $131, so not much. This difference is a large $934. 

Can anyone please tell me why this would have happened?

@Steffi41you have set up a 20% discount for your first 3 bookings and you have set up a weekly discount. Those two combine hence the price difference.
