Will my coupon value be restored if I cancel a reservation?

I made a reservation but will have to cancel because they cannot assure proper Wifi. I used a coupon when booking. Will this value be lost? It's coupon value was earned by referring new guests and hosts.

I found the article by typing "coupon" in the "Ask a question or search by keyword" box when I clicked on "Help".
