Withholding a whole months money & won't send me the verification email

I am at a loss right now as I will probably get fired by my boss. I run the airbnb account for him with 3-4 of his properties. We have been payed by airbnb for the first month, I have provided my email, ID, everything. But now it has been almost a month and they owe us roughly £16k. My boss has been on my back every day inquiring where his money is and probably thinks I am stealing it somehow myself. 

 

I have contacted airbnb numerous times. Called, messaged, emailed. They're all like a broken record. Apparently I need to verify my email, which I would happily do if they actually sent me the verification email. I went on my profile and resent it thousands of times. Nothing. I called them, they said they will look into it. Nothing. Messaged. Said they will talk to the Tech Team. AGAIN NOTHING. 

 

I assume this is their master ploy to just keep the money as why would I be recieivng every single email from them APART FROM the one email I need to verify my account and get the payout?

 

Please someone help. I really can't lose my job...

Dear Irina

Show your boss all the emails you've sent about this as it's evidence you have been trying to do your job.

It's unlikely he knows how challenging life can be at times.

You may also like to reach out to Airbnb via there Twitter account about it as some in CC have suggested to get a response quicker.
