Would you as a host consider your kitchen without a refrigerator?

Or is the kitchen fine to book without one in it?

Where should they put their food/milk? Basically, as long as you are super clear you can rent deviations from the norm but if you list a kitchen, I feel you really need to provide at least a space in the fridge. I rented a room where the kitchen was advertised, but it was so crammed (and filthy and strangely warm) there was nowhere for my small container of milk, which was all I had. Not happy. Left it on a counter, what could I do?

How about a shower without water?

@Terrence-and-Skye0  I really don't think you can list a place as having a kitchen if there's no fridge. A kitchen would normally be considered to contain a way of cooking food and a fridge, as well as a sink, counterspace, pots and pans, dishes, etc. It doesn't have to be big, unless you are listing a space which sleeps a few guests- if it's only for solo travelers or a couple, you could just get a bar-size fridge.

A kitchen with no fridge is like a bedroom with no bed.

@Terrence-and-Skye0 if you booked a place advertised as having a kitchen, and arrived to find no fridge, what would you think?
