I just realized that the money of August never came. I put a wrong IBAN (from my credit card, which apparently is not working), and the money never reached my credit card. Does somebody knows how to get the money to my account?
It is really difficult to contact people from Airbnb...

I think I have the same issue.
AIRBNB doesn't allow me to see the IBAN though, so I can't compare it and see whether I put it wrongly.
Could somebody help me please ?
My guests left 2 weeks ago and I haven't received any payment yet.
