I can see that you have a large scale property management company with 47 listings. It sounds like your listings have been suspended because of some low reviews. So you probably want to look at why this is the case. There seem to be some ongoing issues relating to issues with your listings that haven't been addressed.

Have you spoken to Airbnb. Perhaps it's a temporary suspension?
