Your website and app are painfully slow.

Airbnb, it's not just me getting fed up with the glacial pace at which you load pages on the web or in the app.  My browser (Chrome) is feeding me "page unresponsive" prompts every other time I try to pull up my calendar.  

 

This is a persistent problem that you seem unwilling to resolve.  I'm a high performing Superhost of four properties, feeding you all upwards of $40k/year.  Why shouldn't I expect reasonably quick page load times?
